Digital signature / Multi-signature

27.09.2022

A digital signature is a combination of public and private cryptographic keys that are used to verify the authenticity of transactions and identify the sender.

In other words, it is a code attached to a message or document. After its generation, it acts as proof that the message was not forged during its way from the sender to the recipient.

Multi-signature is a security method in which several network participants must sign a transaction to confirm the authenticity of it.
