The Central Bank of the Russian Federation has made a proposal to tokenize such types of assets as precious metals and stones, “title” NFT and loans, including mortgage-backed ones.
This also applies to unissued securities and bonds of federal and sub-federal loans. They are planned to be released immediately in digital form.
Such an initiative was proposed by the Central Bank to regulate and consolidate property rights, as well as to enable the digitization of finance in the country.
